With undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan, Jeffrey S. Starman, Esq., is an accomplished investor and manager of quality income real estate throughout Michigan. A licensed real estate broker, Mr. Starman was the founder of Arch Realty Advisors, LLC, a real estate brokerage and consulting organization. As the Manager of CCB Holdings LLC, a real estate investment firm, Mr. Starman directed acquisitions and asset management of portfolio valued at $250 million. Following his graduation from law school in 1992, Mr. Starman joined the staff of Detroit-based Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, where he specialized in litigation and business services. He is a member of the American and Michigan Bar Associations and holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Michigan.

Gerry Spears founded Amvest Properties in 1987 and has directed the growth of the company from just a small property management firm to one of the largest in Washtenaw County. Gerry is a licensed Broker and Builder in the State of Michigan. He leads Amvest Properties in all aspects of its operations including property acquisition, property management, commercial brokerage and construction. In 1994, Gerry started acquiring and developing commercial and mixed-use properties on behalf of privately capitalized syndications. To date, Gerry is the managing partner for a real estate portfolio of over $100 million. Gerry has been involved with over $250 million in real estate transactions and currently manages over 530,000 square feet of commercial space in Ann Arbor.
